A Legacy of Innovation in Outdoor Living
Founded in 2002 by Sacramento native Jerry Ponzo, Back Yard Dream brings over 40 years of construction expertise to luxury outdoor living. Driven by Jerry’s groundbreaking building process, we’ve grown into one of Northern California’s premier outdoor space creators—built on craftsmanship, creativity, and lasting value.
